Firstly, welcome! Here are a few notes about getting started at soma
Please fill out your intake form online prior to your appointment time (it will be emailed to you directly)
Please arrive a few minutes early to check in, the door will be unlocked 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
After you check in, your RMT will join you shortly to guide you to the treatment room.
Your RMT will go over your intake form with you. You will both have time to ask questions and get a clear idea of what will be taking place during your session.
Each treatment includes an interview/assessment, hands-on treatment, and there may be a few minutes at the end of the session to go over some homecare exercises.

We are located at 305 Cordan Street in a residential area, entry to the clinic is at the side of the house. Please park in the driveway in front of our business signage. The door will be unlocked 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Yes, we are able to bill select insurance companies directly. You will need to provide us with the policy number and ID.
Currently we offer direct billing for Pacific Blue Cross, Sunlife and TELUS Health participating insurers.

We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment without a fee
More than 24 hours notice: no charge for cancelling your appointment.
Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the massage therapy fee.
No shows or subsequent late cancellations: 100% of the massage therapy fee.
Cancellation fees cannot be direct billed to extended health insurance.
