Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or failure to appear for your appointment leaves a spot that could have been filled by another patient.

 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. Patients who do not show up for their appointment or subsequent late cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. Thank you for understanding.
